It is a synthesis of national efforts in various branches of the State's activities.' There are many photographs, the majority of them are in color. The introduction states simply that the aim of the book is 'to inform the Voltaics as well as foreigners on the national achievements after 10 years of independence. There are no markings in the book and there are no attachments. There are also around 25 consecutive pages with a small crease at their top corner. Two early pages have a thin crease off their top edge. I have scrolled through them a number of times without finding any instances of soiling.

The rear cover and rear inside cover also have a picture of a map, however no cities or anything else is referenced. There isn't any other writing to be found anywhere in the book. V Green is also penned at the top right hand corner. There are three penned names of places added to the map. The front inside cover and end paper form a map. I'm not seeing any cracks or spaces between any of the facing pages. The binding is very solid from cover to cover.

The book is square and the spine is straight. However the previous owner penned his or her name at the top page edge (V Green). It continues a bit on to the front cover just above the bottom edge. There is a thin crease just off the bottom edge of the spine. The edges and corners are in very good shape. They are quite clean, only a few small light spots.
